EMEA Corporate Real Estate Project Associate

Team Overview

The Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) group sits within Corporate Services and has been in place since June 2015. As the business has expanded, its global property footprint has also grown. The team manages the full real estate journey, from space planning and transactions through project execution and facilities operations.

Role Summary

This position supports workplace and real estate initiatives across the EMEA region. The role works closely with internal partners and external suppliers to help deliver office transformations, fit-outs, refurbishments, workplace enhancements, and broader strategic projects. It also offers the chance to rotate across different parts of Corporate Real Estate for broader exposure to the end-to-end lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside stakeholders from Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Design, Construction, and Workplace Operations to move workplace and property projects forward.
• Contribute to the delivery of projects across the property lifecycle, such as office fit-outs, refurbishments, workplace improvements, and strategic programs.
• Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to keep delivery on track and maintain quality standards.
• Assist with planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource coordination, and risk tracking so projects are completed efficiently.
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external parties, including landlords, service providers, and local authorities, to support delivery and compliance.
• Prepare project documents, progress reports, and stakeholder communications, while helping drive process improvements and better operational performance.
• Be open to moving across different Corporate Real Estate workstreams to gain practical end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or a similar field, along with at least 1 year of relevant experience in project management, corporate real estate, construction, facilities management, workplace services, or a comparable area. Strong coordination and organisation skills are needed to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting, along with clear communication and the ability to work well with both internal teams and outside partners. The role also requires solid analytical and problem-solving ability, a proactive approach, curiosity, and comfort taking on new challenges across different parts of Corporate Real Estate. Candidates must be available to work fully on-site five days a week.

Preferred Background

• Experience gained through an internship or a professional role in commercial real estate, workplace design, construction, facilities management, or a related sector.
• Basic familiarity with project delivery workflows and the commercial real estate lifecycle.
• Exposure to project tools or software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, or similar applications.
• Interest in the built environment and motivation to build a long-term career in Corporate Real Estate.
