Job overview
GoWide Solutions is hiring an Email Outreach Specialist to lead the company’s cold email lead generation efforts. The role centers on planning, executing, and improving multi-step outreach campaigns that convert cold prospects in IT services, SAP, and digital transformation into qualified sales conversations. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to define ideal customer profiles and then create the messaging, sequencing, and follow-up strategy that drives replies and meeting bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage multi-touch outreach cadences with 5–8 or more touches aimed at IT decision-makers such as CIOs, IT Directors, Heads of Digital, and Procurement leaders across the target market.
- Develop and refine cold email content, including subject lines, opening lines, value propositions, and calls to action tailored to offerings such as SAP, AI, systems integration, and digital transformation.
- Research, segment, and build prospect lists using firmographic and intent signals, while aligning target accounts and buyer personas with the sales team.
- Oversee email deliverability by handling domain warm-up, SPF/DKIM/DMARC configuration, inbox rotation, daily sending limits, and spam monitoring to safeguard sender reputation.
- Run split tests on subject lines, message approaches, and send timing, then analyze performance across open, reply, and meeting-booked metrics.
- Customize outreach at scale using triggers at the prospect or company level, such as news, hiring activity, technology stack, or funding events, instead of relying on generic templates.
- Maintain outreach platforms and CRM data so that sequences, responses, and lead stages remain accurate and fully synced.
- Pass qualified responses to the sales team with proper context and track progression from first email engagement to booked meeting and pipeline impact.
- Review campaign results regularly, apply sales feedback, and discontinue underperforming sequences quickly.
- Keep up with email compliance requirements including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and the Australian Spam Act, and ensure all campaigns follow best practices.
Required skills and experience
- Hands-on experience creating and running cold email sequences, not limited to newsletters or EDM campaigns.
- Strong understanding of deliverability fundamentals such as domain reputation, email authentication, warm-up practices, and list hygiene.
- Clear, concise copywriting ability with the skill to produce B2B outreach that feels original rather than generic or automated.
- Experience using email outreach or automation platforms such as Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Apollo, Outreach, or Reply.io.
- Working knowledge of CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar tools for lead tracking and sales handoff.
- Analytical approach with the ability to interpret open, reply, and bounce data and make campaign improvements accordingly.
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail for accurate, polished copy.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior background in B2B lead generation for IT services, SAP, systems integration, or technology consulting.
- Experience creating lead lists through tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, or comparable data sources.
- Familiarity with sales engagement workflows and lead scoring or qualification frameworks.
- Exposure to account-based marketing methods for enterprise-level prospects.
