About the Role
Our partner company based in Ireland is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join their retention marketing team. This role involves designing, optimizing, and expanding CRM campaigns across multiple digital channels to boost customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You will use advanced marketing automation platforms to build personalized customer journeys, collaborating closely with product, analytics, design, and technology teams. Primary Responsibilities
- Create, implement, and enhance omnichannel CRM strategies utilizing Email, SMS, Push Notifications, In-App messaging, On-site messaging, and other engagement methods.
- Develop and manage customer lifecycle campaigns, automated trigger-based workflows, and personalized journeys.
- Operate CRM and marketing automation tools to deliver scalable, personalized experiences.
- Segment audiences effectively, set up automation rules, and refine campaigns through data analysis to boost effectiveness.
- Prepare campaign content, design email templates, and adapt messages for various channels and devices.
- Track and evaluate performance metrics such as open and click-through rates, conversions, retention, lifetime value, and deliverability.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize campaign results continuously.
- Maintain and improve sender reputation, deliverability processes, and subscriber data health.
- Work cross-functionally with teams in Product, Marketing, Analytics, Design, and Engineering for effective communication solutions.
- Document processes, report outcomes, and uphold CRM marketing best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Practical experience managing communication channels including Email, SMS, Web Push, On-site, and In-App notifications.
- Proficient with CRM automation platforms such as Customer.io, Smartico, Fast Track, Braze, Iterable, or similar tools.
- Experienced in creating lifecycle campaigns, trigger-based scenarios, large campaigns, segmentation methods, and tailored communications.
- Strong expertise in email marketing concepts including dynamic content and template creation and management.
- Familiarity with design and email production software like Figma and Stripo.
- Understanding of email development technologies such as HTML/CSS, MJML, and AMP for Email.
- Knowledgeable about deliverability principles including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, and sender reputation management.
- Strong analytical capability to assess campaign performance using metrics like open rates, click-through rates, conversion, deliverability, and split testing.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and clearly communicate data-driven insights.
- Experience in iGaming, customer retention, or high-volume digital products is advantageous.
- Experience with Smartico or Fast Track platforms is a plus.
