The position combines strategic thinking, creative messaging, and data analysis in a fast-moving, client-focused environment.

What you will do

  • Lead lifecycle and retention marketing programs across email and SMS for multiple eCommerce client accounts.
  • Build and maintain monthly campaign schedules tied to promotional, seasonal, and always-on marketing themes.
  • Develop persuasive campaign messaging, including subject lines, preview text, hooks, calls to action, and overall narrative direction tailored to each brand.
  • Write and refine email and SMS content that balances brand storytelling with direct-response performance goals.
  • Review campaign and automation results routinely to find ways to improve engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Convert marketing performance data into clear insights and practical recommendations for clients.
  • Prepare client-ready reports, campaign recaps, and strategic recommendations for meetings.
  • Work closely with designers, copywriters, and account teams to deliver campaigns accurately and on schedule.
  • Spot opportunities to grow accounts through segmentation, automation, and more advanced lifecycle tactics.

Required background

  • At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention-focused roles.
  • Hands-on experience running email and SMS campaigns for eCommerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Strong copywriting ability with a focus on persuasive, conversion-oriented marketing messages.
  • Good understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, retention methods, and behavioral segmentation.
  • Experience planning campaign calendars, promotional activity, and automated customer journeys.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret results and turn them into action.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and presenting performance updates and strategic guidance.
  • Experience working with cross-functional partners such as designers, developers, and marketing strategists.
  • Knowledge of SMS platforms and paid media integration is a plus.

Benefits and work environment

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
  • Fully remote work setup with flexible scheduling.
  • Opportunity to work with fast-growing eCommerce brands on meaningful marketing initiatives.
  • Exposure to advanced lifecycle marketing and data-led retention systems.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced culture focused on measurable results and continuous improvement.
  • Potential for long-term career development in a growing organization.
  • Chance to work on campaigns that reach large, high-value audiences across multiple industries.
