About the Role
The position is intended for candidates with a strong technical background in electronics or instrumentation who can combine customer-facing sales work with application engineering and technical support. The job involves understanding customer requirements, suggesting appropriate solutions, supporting discussions through execution, and taking part in demonstrations and project conversations.
The role includes travel to customer sites from the base location and across the assigned territory. It offers exposure to industrial sensing, automotive/defence/aerospace testing, DAQ systems, automation, measurement technologies, and direct work with customers and engineering teams.

Eligibility and Experience
Only candidates from Electronics or Instrumentation backgrounds will be considered. Accepted qualifications include a diploma in Electronics and Instrumentation, Electronics, or a B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics, or Applied Electronics and Instrumentation.
At least 3 years of experience in similar products or related activities is preferred. Freshers with strong academics and a willingness to commit to a minimum of 3 years from the date of joining may also be considered.
Candidates with prior exposure to load cells, torque sensors, displacement and vibration sensors, weighing systems, strain gauge and piezoelectric technology, amplifiers, wireless signal transmitter systems, data acquisition systems, advanced engineering software, or automotive test systems will have an advantage.
Additional value will be given to applicants who already have industry contacts in automotive companies, defence and aerospace firms, educational institutions such as IITs, NITs and universities, test system manufacturers, project consultants, or industrial OEMs.
Skills and Professional Requirements
Applicants should have a solid grasp of electronics and instrumentation fundamentals, the ability to study technical product details, and the judgment to map customer applications to suitable solutions. Strong written and spoken English, confident presentation, and a customer-oriented manner are important.
The employer is looking for self-driven, well-presented professionals who can work independently, manage customer interactions, and travel to remote plants and across the territory as needed.
Candidates must have their own two-wheeler and a laptop for office use.
Key Responsibilities
The role covers sales and technical support for the full product range across Chennai and the rest of Tamil Nadu. It includes online meetings, customer visits, technical discussions, and preparing technical and commercial proposals.
You will also create technical notes, manuals, test reports, certificates, and presentations, carry out product demonstrations, provide technical assistance, coordinate with customers, consultants, and engineering teams, and support onsite requirements whenever needed.
Participation in exhibitions and technical presentations is also part of the position.
Pay, Benefits and Perks
Compensation will follow company norms and may vary based on experience, technical capability, and industry exposure. The stated salary range is INR 3,00,000 to INR 5,00,000 per year.
