Electrical Engineer

About the Role

Saudi German Health is seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer with experience in healthcare settings to join their Engineering & Facilities Management team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the electrical systems within hospital environments, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct all electrical maintenance activities throughout hospital facilities.
• Organize and supervise daily work plans for technicians and subcontractors.
• Guarantee timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance with stringent safety adherence.
• Effectively manage resources including personnel, materials, tools, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with hospital electrical standards, safety codes, and quality guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies to meet operational requirements.
• Mentor and guide technical staff to uphold performance and safety benchmarks.
• Track progress, generate reports, and ensure assignments are finished on schedule.
• Maintain detailed records and ensure all procedures follow company policies.
• Encourage teamwork and drive continuous improvement in the engineering team.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Engineer.
• Have mandatory experience working with healthcare or hospital facility electrical systems.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of electrical systems, preventive maintenance practices, and hospital facility operations.
• Experience in leading teams of technicians and managing contractors.
• Strong problem-solving abilities paired with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment while maintaining stringent safety and quality standards.
