Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Education Counsellor to join our team. The primary duties involve generating leads through various outreach methods, enhancing personal product knowledge, and guiding students through their entire educational journey to ensure successful enrollment and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate lead generation via outbound calls, messages, and emails, backed by comprehensive market understanding.
- Continuously improve product knowledge and sales capabilities to meet and surpass sales targets.
- Oversee the complete student lifecycle including prospecting, counselling, admission, orientation, ongoing support, satisfaction, retention, and ensuring productive outcomes.
- Advise prospective students on appropriate educational programs and admission requirements, effectively closing sales.
