About the Role

An expanding education consultancy in Singapore is seeking an Education Counsellor to support students and families with overseas study planning and admissions guidance. The organization works across the Asia-Pacific region and focuses on helping learners secure places at leading institutions internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide informed guidance to students and parents on study-abroad options, institution selection, and application planning.
• Develop and sustain productive relationships with universities and education partners.
• Support applicants throughout the full admissions journey, including review of personal statements, preparation of documents, and interview coaching.
• Keep up to date with higher-education developments in Singapore, across Asia, and in global markets.
• Represent the organization at education exhibitions, workshops, and professional networking events.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher is required; backgrounds in education, business, communications, or a related area are preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in education counselling, study-abroad support, or a similar advisory role.
• Good knowledge of the education systems and admissions landscape in Singapore and internationally.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with fluency in English; Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• A proactive, detail-focused approach and the ability to perform well in a goal-oriented environment.
