About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Education Counsellor to join our team in Noida. The primary responsibility is to assist working professionals in choosing suitable educational programs and converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to student queries through calls, WhatsApp messages, and regular follow-ups
- Provide detailed counselling to candidates regarding available courses and programs
- Successfully convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions
- Keep comprehensive and organized records of leads using CRM tools or Excel spreadsheets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Basic proficiency with computers
