Role Overview

This full-time, remote position involves overseeing the complete student placement process and acting as a career counsellor. The selected candidate will foster relationships with industry partners and provide tailored guidance to help learners meet their professional objectives. Key duties include evaluating skills, assisting with resume preparation, offering career strategy advice, and organizing skill development events such as workshops and webinars. Additionally, the role requires collecting feedback from employers and students to enhance placement services continuously.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities to build and maintain professional relationships effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication along with confident presentation skills.
• A background in customer service, focused on delivering excellent support to both students and employers.
• Experience or educational background in career counseling and mentoring to guide individuals successfully.
• Previous exposure to recruitment or placement coordination roles is advantageous.
• Organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of emerging technology sectors including AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning is a plus.
