Role overview
This full-time onsite position is based in Otorohanga, Waikato, New Zealand. It sits within Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand and focuses on keeping an assigned eCommerce workstream running smoothly, accurately, and in line with operating standards.
Roster
The roster for this role is:
- Monday: 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Sunday: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Key responsibilities
- Oversee and keep the assigned process stream on track from start to finish.
- Work closely with the Team Leader and the wider team to maintain efficiency and smooth operations.
- Make sure tasks are completed without interruption and in line with all required procedures.
- Follow set routines to ensure online orders are picked accurately and food quality standards are met.
- Support team coordination, including stepping in as Acting Store Manager during scheduled shifts.
- Spot process issues early and escalate them promptly to the Function Lead for resolution.
- Promote workplace safety and wellbeing by following safety rules and reporting hazards.
- Take part in communication and collaboration activities that strengthen team performance and morale.
What you'll bring
- Strong understanding of process excellence and a willingness to keep learning.
- Ability to build productive working relationships across teams and stakeholders.
- Experience leading others through delegation, monitoring, coaching, feedback, and motivation.
- Good knowledge of compliance requirements within your area of work.
- Clear and confident communication skills for explaining tasks, standards, and expectations.
- Behaviour that reflects the organisation’s values in day-to-day work.
- Availability for four weekend shifts each month and at least one evening shift per week.
