Job Overview
Join a reputed company in Jammu as an experienced operator for Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM) machines, primarily engaged in the production of plastic packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the Extrusion Blow Moulding machines effectively to ensure smooth production.
- Configure machine settings such as temperature, pressure, blow duration, and cycle time as required for different products.
- Handle mould changes and perform machine setups to accommodate various packaging items.
- Continuously monitor the performance of the EBM machines to maintain uninterrupted and efficient production processes.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Educational qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI certification is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with extrusion blow moulding technology and related safety protocols.
- Knowledge about quality control systems and adherence to productivity standards.
- Ability to manage machine parameters and troubleshoot operational issues.
