Job description
Overview
We ignite the fighting spirit and aim to maximize potential in members and staff alike. The East Coast Regional Director will act as a key link between corporate leadership and the field, overseeing sales, fitness, and operations across all managed clubs on the East Coast. This role focuses on standardizing processes, driving accountability, and supporting employee and customer satisfaction through regular communication, training, and leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach General Managers to meet membership and revenue targets and oversee sales execution.
- Lead sales training, performance reviews, and coordinate promotional strategies across clubs.
- Support fitness operations through leadership development, programming oversight, and managing hiring and compliance.
- Oversee club operations including budgets, payroll, facility standards, and inventory management to ensure quality and cost efficiency.
- Facilitate new club openings and implement best practices aligned with operational excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership on talent development, succession planning, and personnel decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Comprehensive knowledge of UFC GYM brand and operations.
- Proven ability to train and guide management teams effectively.
- Strong communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a strategic mindset and proven leadership in fitness environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, DotFIT, ABC, Datatrak, and fitness equipment and programming.
- Background in fitness industry preferred; passion for health and wellness a must.
- Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% and relocate or live on the East Coast.
- College degree preferred; 5+ years progressive leadership experience in fitness clubs, ideally multi-club management.
- Physical ability to sit or stand for up to 8 hours, occasionally lift up to 45 lbs, and manage various workplace physical demands.
Compensation
Annual salary ranges from $100,000 to $180,000.
