Role Overview
As a Co-Educational Leader, you will be instrumental in guiding educational practices, motivating educators, and steering the development of meaningful learning experiences to support children's growth. Collaborating with the Centre Director and leadership team, you will ensure high-quality program delivery while nurturing a culture of reflection, curiosity, and ongoing improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of approved learning frameworks and enhance program quality
- Work closely with the Centre Director and Relationship Manager to coordinate comprehensive care
- Mentor and support educators to boost learning outcomes for every child
- Create and sustain a culture embracing reflection, curiosity, and continuous learning
Team Structure
- Each centre includes a full-time Centre Director focusing on operational performance
- A full-time Relationship Manager managing enrolments and family engagement is part of the leadership team
- Operations and Quality Managers provide ongoing support and guidance

Candidate Profile
- A genuine passion for early childhood education with a commitment to making a positive difference
- Strong respect for children as skilled learners
- Proven experience as an Educational Leader with leadership and motivational capabilities
- Possession of a Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification, or actively pursuing it
- Completion of the National Child Safety Training through Geccko, with a valid certificate
