The service is licensed for 73 children and operates Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 5:30pm, combining leadership responsibility with a lifestyle surrounded by nature, adventure and a close-knit community.

Role Overview

  • Serve as the service’s Nominated Supervisor.
  • Develop practical solutions and help maintain a positive workplace environment.

Requirements

  • Two to three years of prior experience in a Centre Director role.
  • Demonstrated leadership strength.
  • Genuine interest in children’s learning, growth and wellbeing.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building ability.
  • A flexible, approachable and collaborative style.
  • Clear commitment to inclusion and advocating for children.

Benefits

  • Relocation support of up to $3,000.

  • Subsidised childcare.
  • Recognition rewards for service.
  • In-person mentoring and leadership guidance.
  • Monthly coaching sessions.
  • Access to an Employee Assistance Program.
