About the Role
Join TELUS International AI Inc. as a part-time specialist focusing on e-commerce product matching and search relevancy. Work remotely with flexible hours while contributing to the enhancement of AI and machine learning models across multiple data types and languages globally.
Core Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing product pairings by matching based on color, pattern, and style.
- Verify that paired products meet similar usage scenarios and satisfy customer requirements.
- Examine product metadata such as gender specificity, pricing tiers, and seasonal relevance to ensure precision in recommendations.
- Maintain organized, clean product matching information aligned with brand standards and category guidelines.
- Conduct research on new product categories to understand key differentiators and optimize match quality.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in e-commerce, search relevancy, product categorization, content moderation, or data annotation.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a keen ability to rapidly grasp complex product categories.
- Excellent attention to subtle style, quality, and price distinctions.
- Comfortable handling large datasets and extensive SKU catalogs while ensuring accuracy.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency (B1+) to comprehend technical documents and product details.
- Available to work between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Indian Standard Time to align with company operating hours.
