Position Overview
This opening is for a senior-level e-commerce campaign leader who will own full-funnel digital activity across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace channels. The role is centered on boosting discoverability, supporting category expansion, and creating clear business impact for consumer electronics lines.
The right candidate should bring a mix of analytical thinking and a strong visual eye, with the ability to assess creative assets, guide content development, and make sure all materials align with platform expectations and global brand standards.
Core Responsibilities
Lead campaign planning with a strategic approach based on business goals, platform intelligence, and competitor activity. Own the marketing approach for major commerce moments such as Prime Day, Big Billion Days, festive campaigns, and category-specific promotions.
Set performance KPIs and shape full-funnel plans that improve marketing efficiency and business outcomes. Oversee marketplace media execution end to end, including Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, DSP, and co-marketing activities.
Review creative assets such as banners, videos, PDP creatives, and landing pages to ensure strong design quality, message clarity, and conversion focus. Provide guidance to creative teams on visual structure, hierarchy, communication, and marketplace-ready design standards.
Track campaign results through platform dashboards and analytics tools, then use the findings to improve performance through A/B testing, audience refinement, and creative changes. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reviews for senior stakeholders.
Work closely with category, merchandising, content, and supply teams to ensure campaign readiness. Coordinate with marketplace teams to secure growth opportunities, advertising resources, and beta programs. Manage agencies and make sure output quality, efficiency, budgets, and timelines stay on track.
Ensure all activity follows brand guidelines, platform policies, and compliance requirements while maintaining discipline across budgets, deliverables, and schedules.
Requirements
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is required.
At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with strong exposure to marketplace advertising, is needed.
The candidate must be able to judge creative quality and provide direction based on visual aesthetics and e-commerce design best practices.
Hands-on proficiency with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, DSP, analytics platforms, and campaign optimization methods is essential.
Strong analytical ability, communication skills, and stakeholder management capability are necessary.
Demonstrated experience leading complex projects, external agencies, and cross-functional teams is expected.
Preferred Profile
Experience with global consumer electronics brands or top-tier FMCG/e-commerce organizations is an advantage.
A solid understanding of marketplace algorithms, consumer buying patterns, and seasonal demand shifts is preferred.
Ability to manage high-volume campaign pipelines and large budgets will be valuable.
Experience influencing senior leaders with data-supported recommendations and creative guidance is a plus.
