Role Overview
We are looking to welcome a motivated individual as a full-time or part-time Customer Service Manager (Duty Manager) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the venue during your shift.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members, recognizing staff as the organization's greatest asset.
- Ensure high service standards are consistently maintained to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Candidate Requirements

- A minimum of three years’ experience within the hospitality sector at any capacity.
- Previous supervisory experience is highly advantageous though not mandatory.
- A genuine ability to connect with people and a strong passion for leadership development.
- Familiarity with club operations and compliance obligations.
- Possession of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG), and Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling (ARCG) certifications is desirable.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
