Role Overview

The full-time All Rounder position is based onsite in Wainui at Northridge Golf Resort. This role encompasses supporting various operational areas within the resort, including assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, aiding in the setup and management of conferences, weddings, and other events, as well as general hospitality duties in lodging and event spaces. Daily responsibilities may involve preparing rooms and venues, performing light housekeeping, facilitating food and beverage service, and maintaining the property's high standards. The role requires frequent guest interaction, responding promptly to their needs and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless, high-quality experiences across the golf course, accommodation, and event services. Flexibility to work on weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings is necessary to align with the resort’s event commitments.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Work experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service roles, preferably within resorts, hotels, or event venues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver friendly, professional guest service.
• Basic event support capabilities, such as venue setup, equipment handling, and assistance with food and beverage service.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Physical capability for hands-on tasks including lifting, moving furniture, and standing for long durations.
• Dependability, flexibility, and a cooperative attitude for teamwork and diverse job functions.
• Readiness to work varied schedules, including weekends and evenings as required.
• Previous background or familiarity with golf resort operations is a plus but not mandatory.
• Legal right to work in New Zealand and reliable transportation to the Wainui location.
