Overview
We are seeking personable individuals with adaptability and a welcoming demeanor to join Emirates as cabin crew. You will be the primary point of contact for passengers, providing support and ensuring their comfort throughout their journey. Beyond hospitality, you will play a crucial role in upholding safety and security onboard, backed by extensive training at our advanced Dubai facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist passengers with inquiries and needs.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, aircraft security, and emergency procedures.
- Lead confidently during in-flight service and manage any situations that arise with professionalism.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, multicultural team environment.
- Completed high school education or equivalent (Grade 12).
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Must be at least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment.
- No visible tattoos when in uniform without needing concealment.
- Eligible to live and work in Dubai, meeting UAE employment visa criteria.

Compensation and Benefits
- Basic monthly salary of AED 4,980.
- Additional hourly flying pay of AED 69.60, typically accruing 80-100 hours per month.
- Average total monthly income approximates AED 11,244 (~USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280) for Grade II (Economy Class).
- Meal allowances credited monthly for overnight stays.
