About the Role

This program focuses on Business Administration and International Industrial Management, offered in collaboration with the HWR Berlin. Students alternate between theoretical studies and practical phases at Pfizer's Berlin site, gaining a comprehensive understanding of both academic knowledge and real-world business processes.
Program Structure
The dual study lasts three years with theory and practice blocks typically alternating every three months.

Practical Experience

Candidate Profile
- Good grades in (technical) high school diploma, especially in German, Mathematics, and English
- Interest and enthusiasm for economic subjects and the pharmaceutical industry
- Engagement beyond school activities and basic familiarity with MS Office
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English conversation
- Goal-driven mindset with high motivation to learn and ability to work well in a team
