Role summary
This role is suited to pharmaceutical research professionals who can design detailed enterprise-style research workflows and advanced operational scenarios within regulated R&D settings. The work focuses on turning complex scientific and business processes into structured, realistic task environments.
Key responsibilities
- Develop lifelike pharmaceutical research workspaces that mirror cross-functional R&D activities and associated documentation processes.
- Construct multi-stage scenarios covering clinical, regulatory, translational, and drug development workflows.
- Prepare organized task sequences that span research systems, technical documentation, protocols, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Partner with subject-matter experts to improve realism, evaluation criteria, and operational depth.
- Bring domain knowledge from drug discovery, clinical development, regulatory affairs, CMC, or pharmacovigilance into the work.
Candidate profile
- Solid experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or translational research environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with regulated R&D workflows, clinical operations, or scientific documentation processes.
- Working knowledge of research and clinical systems commonly used in enterprise pharmaceutical settings.
- Ability to convert scientific and operational complexity into clear, structured process workflows.
- Strong analytical ability, technical writing skills, and comfort working across functions.
Engagement details
This is a flexible remote contract engagement with ongoing project-based work. Compensation is hourly and described as competitive, with pay aligned to the candidate’s domain expertise.
