Overview

Rentokil Initial Asia Pacific Limited is looking to hire a full-time Driver based in Woodford, England, with remote working supported. This role involves managing routes independently while maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring safe transport of hazardous waste.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport hazardous waste, including sharps bins, poisons, dental waste, and other materials, between customer locations around Woodford and nearby areas.
• Maintain vehicle safety consistently and adhere to company driving guidelines under the RI Drive Smart program.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, representing the company professionally at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess a full UK driving license held for over two years with six or fewer penalty points.
• Physically able to perform manual tasks such as loading and unloading units and bins.
• Holding an ADR certificate is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to adapt working hours as needed to support operational requirements.
• Demonstrate a proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
• Must be able to pass a DBS check if required for the role.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starts with a basic salary of £28,270 per year with expected total earnings including bonuses and commissions around £30,270 annually.

• Relocation assistance up to £5,000 for candidates moving from more than two hours away.
• Full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with future capacity to increase to 48 hours accompanied by higher pay.
