Job Overview
We seek a seasoned Domain Subject Matter Expert (SME) with vast expertise in the equipment and product hire (rental) industry. This role requires comprehensive understanding of the hiring lifecycle, pricing models, commercial operations, and day-to-day processes.
Role Responsibilities
- Serve as the authoritative functional expert guiding both business leaders and technical teams.
- Ensure delivered solutions align with business goals and reflect industry best practices.
Experience & Skills Required
- Minimum 14 years of experience as a Domain SME, Functional Consultant, or Solution Consultant in equipment/product hire or rental domain.
- Hands-on experience with Equipment Rental Management, Fleet and Asset Management, Construction or Industrial equipment rental solutions.
- Familiarity working with ERP, CRM, or Rental Management systems.
- Knowledge and experience with Agile project delivery methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
