Role Overview

The Divisional President will serve as a strategic leader and Major Shareholder with equity in one of the portfolio companies under MainStreetChamber Holdings. This remote position is responsible for shaping and executing long-term business strategies, overseeing portfolio company performance, and exploring new acquisitions or partnerships. The role requires partnering closely with company founders, executives, and stakeholders to coordinate business plans, budget allocation, and resource management aligned with organizational goals.

• Lead executive meetings and manage daily operational oversight.
• Analyze financial and performance reports to manage risks and ensure compliance.
• Represent the organization to investors, partners, and community members.
• Promote a culture fostering accountability, innovation, and inclusive leadership.

Candidate Qualifications

• Experience as a President, CEO, or equivalent executive within multi-entity, holding company, or private equity environments.
• Proven skills in strategic planning, business development, mergers and acquisitions, and portfolio management with a focus on growth.
• Strong financial expertise including budgeting, profit and loss oversight, performance evaluation, and capital management.
• Ability to cultivate productive relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and leadership teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities suited for a fully remote working environment.
• Experience with both startup and mature business models and the flexibility to manage complex, evolving organizational structures.
• Academic background in Business, Finance, Management, or related fields; advanced degrees such as an MBA are preferred but optional.
