Overview
The Divisional Onboarding Specialist at Experience Senior Living oversees the onboarding process for new employees to ensure a unified, high-quality introduction aligned with the company's brand and culture. This role supports new hires’ successful integration by collaborating with divisional leadership, hiring managers, and community teams while fostering engagement and embedding a culture of learning and hospitality from the start.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver customized onboarding programs tailored for roles across various senior living communities.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding journey immediately after the job offer, including scheduling orientation, department introductions, and community tours aligned with brand specifics.
- Serve as a communication bridge between People, Operations teams, and brands to develop consistent yet adaptive onboarding plans.
- Maintain compliance with required regulatory documentation and training for all new hires.
- Act as the main contact for new employees, supporting their early engagement and connection to company mission, values, and service philosophy.
- Coordinate with learning and development teams to facilitate completion of mandatory training modules.
- Collect feedback and analyze onboarding effectiveness, continuously improving processes and reporting on integration, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
- Promote brand values and create an inclusive, welcoming environment supporting employee retention and brand reputation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in onboarding or HR roles, preferably within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.
- Demonstrated ability managing onboarding across multiple sites or divisions.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and project coordination skills.
- Proficiency with HR information systems, onboarding platforms, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of senior living regulatory and operational requirements is advantageous.

Additional Information
Compensation ranges between $65,000 and $70,000 annually. Employment requires successful background screening according to Florida regulations and company policy. Certain positions may need fingerprinting and Level 1 or Level 2 background checks. Review of applications is expected through August 28, 2026. Occasional travel to ESL community sites in Florida may be required for onboarding activities.
