  • Coordinate open enrollment processes including employee communications and system maintenance; supply utilization data and employee feedback to inform decisions on plan designs and renewals.

  • Design and supervise wellness initiatives addressing physical, mental, and financial health; monitor participation levels and adjust programs accordingly.
  • Maintain employee-facing resources including intranet content and FAQs; oversee recognition programs and address employee inquiries about benefits and policies.

  • Lead and support a small team dedicated to benefits administration and lifecycle program execution, setting priorities and fostering professional growth.
  • Operate primarily from the Phoenix office with approximately 30% travel to satellite offices and job sites.

Candidate Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of benefits administration, including health and welfare plans, retirement, COBRA, and ACA regulations.
  • Proven ability to design and manage onboarding and offboarding programs.
  • Strong skills in vendor management and cross-department communication.
  • Capability to manage employee programs across multiple states and locations.
  • Experience in construction, engineering, or related multi-site, field-based industries is preferred.
  • Certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CEBS are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ownership of programs with strong follow-through, problem-solving focused on employees, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in team leadership and coaching.

Company Values

  • Fair 360: Practicing kindness by understanding others first and caring deeply to ensure success for all.
