District Manager - Republic of Ireland West

Position Overview

We are recruiting for a District Manager to oversee operations in the Republic of Ireland West region. This role involves significant fieldwork and requires a flexible approach to working hours, including regular evenings and weekends. You will be responsible for organizing your schedule to meet the demands of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership, guidance, motivation, and inspiration to a team of Consultants across the district.
• Coach and empower Consultants to reach their personal and business objectives while expanding their Slimming World enterprise.
• Foster a positive and supportive culture that values team members, encourages success, enhances results, and promotes retention.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced senior manager with proven ability to implement strategic initiatives and build high-performing teams.
• Compassionate leader focused on performance, with a history of successfully coaching and developing staff.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to operate independently with initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of adapting communication style from one-on-one to group presentations.
• Confident in analyzing data and adept in written communication.
