Opportunity Overview
Take on a pivotal leadership role overseeing multiple store managers within a dynamic, rapidly expanding franchise. As a District Manager, you will spearhead efforts to empower your teams and help guests present their most confident, radiant selves.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, guide, and develop an energetic group of store managers and associates, fostering a culture of empowerment and achievement.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to cultivate recognition and continuous improvement among team members.
- Create a collaborative environment where personal and professional accomplishments are acknowledged and celebrated.
- Set clear sales goals, motivate teams to surpass targets, and adapt strategies based on operational metrics to maximize revenue.
- Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and personalized service to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Promote community engagement and guest loyalty by organizing brand presence through local partnerships and events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a district manager within retail, hospitality, or the beauty industry.
- Proven ability to coach teams successfully to exceed sales goals and create high-performance teams.
- Competence in managing facility operations including scheduling and compliance with standards.
Essential Skills
- Entrepreneurial approach with strong data analysis skills to translate insights into effective action.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and conflict resolution abilities to maintain team morale.
- Resilience and adaptability to perform effectively under pressure and meet challenges calmly.
