The Albertsmeyer Group operates 7 locations and employs more than 250 people, making it one of the largest automotive retail groups in northern Thuringia. For over 50 years, the company has helped keep Thuringia moving with Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT, CUPRA, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles.
The position can be based in Nordhausen or Leinefelde.
Role overview
As a vehicle coordinator, you will help ensure smooth internal and external vehicle processing, reliable delivery of new cars to customers, and accurate handling of ordering and registration workflows.
Key duties
- Oversee vehicle management across internal and external processes
- Ensure new vehicles are delivered to customers on schedule
- Track, manage, and process orders and deadlines
- Handle reporting, control, and administrative monitoring tasks
- Submit vehicle registration notifications
- Act as a contact person for the sales team
Profile
The ideal candidate has completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as an automotive salesperson, and brings prior experience in vehicle coordination, ideally within the automotive sector. A structured, service-minded approach is important, along with strong initiative, flexibility, and organizational ability. Experience with VW, Audi, SEAT, Škoda, and/or Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is an advantage.

Contract details
