The position can be based in Nordhausen or Leinefelde.

Role overview

As a vehicle coordinator, you will help ensure smooth internal and external vehicle processing, reliable delivery of new cars to customers, and accurate handling of ordering and registration workflows.

Key duties

• Oversee vehicle management across internal and external processes
• Ensure new vehicles are delivered to customers on schedule
• Track, manage, and process orders and deadlines
• Handle reporting, control, and administrative monitoring tasks
• Submit vehicle registration notifications
• Act as a contact person for the sales team

Profile

The ideal candidate has completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably as an automotive salesperson, and brings prior experience in vehicle coordination, ideally within the automotive sector. A structured, service-minded approach is important, along with strong initiative, flexibility, and organizational ability. Experience with VW, Audi, SEAT, Škoda, and/or Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles is an advantage.

Contract details
