Dispatcher (Production Department)

Overview

Rose Sweets is hiring for a Distribution Officer role within the Production Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position focuses on handling branch orders, coordinating their conversion into production work orders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting a smooth handoff to logistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive orders from branches and record them correctly in the system.
• Translate received orders into production work orders and monitor their progress inside the department.
• Track customer or branch returns and make sure they are documented properly.
• Keep all data and workflow updates current and accurate in the ERP platform.
• Verify order details and quantities before passing them on.
• Transfer completed orders to the Logistics Department.
• Support the production team to help maintain an efficient workflow.

Requirements

• A high school qualification or diploma is required.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the same field is needed.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is necessary.
• Practical familiarity with ERP systems is expected.
• Strong planning skills and close attention to detail are important.
