Role Overview
This full-time, on-site role in Singapore supports a school discipline team with student monitoring, behaviour management, event operations, and related administrative work. The position focuses on maintaining punctuality, supporting disciplinary procedures, and helping create a safe and orderly school environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside the school discipline team to monitor student attendance and punctuality, including identifying and recording late arrivals.
- Help oversee students who are serving detention or suspension and ensure school rules and procedures are followed.
- Carry out regular patrols inside and around the school premises before, during, and after school hours to support discipline and safety.
- Assist with disciplinary investigations by collecting relevant information and preparing supporting records for incident follow-up.
- Offer basic counselling and day-to-day guidance to students involved in discipline matters, encouraging better conduct and respect for school values.
- Provide operational and administrative support for school events, including logistics, setting up venues, and assisting on site.
- Support teachers and staff during school events so that student management and event activities run smoothly.
- Handle any other discipline-related or operational tasks assigned by the school.
Requirements
- At least secondary school education.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with students or teenagers, ideally in discipline-related work.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students, communicate with parents, and work with teachers.
- Patience, empathy, and a calm approach when dealing with student behaviour issues.
- A collaborative team player who can also work on their own with little supervision and meet assigned targets.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word and Excel for everyday administrative duties.
Additional Information
