Director - Talent Acquisition

Qiddiya is advancing into an important growth stage, establishing multiple new business ventures from the ground up. We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Director to spearhead recruitment efforts across our incubation portfolio. This role demands both strategic insight and hands-on involvement, partnering with senior leaders while actively engaging in hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee recruitment for several early-stage operating companies, converting workforce planning into actionable hiring strategies. The role includes personally managing senior-level and complex hires, refining talent acquisition methods in real time, and driving momentum for all open positions. Success depends on balancing speed with accuracy—building effective teams rapidly without compromising quality, structure, or consistency in hiring standards.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in Talent Acquisition with a solid track record of personally completing senior and strategically vital hires.
• Experience in fast-growing, complex, or newly established business environments, particularly those involving business build-outs or incubation.
• Proven capability to function as a player-coach, efficiently combining leadership duties with active execution.
• Strong commercial acumen, with ability to translate workforce plans into tangible hiring outcomes.
• Established credibility with senior stakeholders, including capacity to challenge, influence, and facilitate decision-making.
• Comprehensive skills in sourcing, engaging, and securing talent through diverse channels, including executive search firms.
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality, governance, and candidate experience while working swiftly.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with a clear bias toward action and achieving results.
