Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Director of Strategy Planning to spearhead enterprise-wide strategic planning, ensure governance, and align efforts throughout our value chain. This leadership role collaborates deeply with executives across Operations, Packaging/Test, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Technology Development, and Business Units to define priorities, manage major strategic initiatives, and drive execution on key customer and technology programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Strategy Planning Council's operational cadence, including leading annual and quarterly strategic planning sessions.
- Facilitate alignment between silicon technology roadmaps, cutting-edge packaging strategies, and comprehensive system manufacturing plans.
- Oversee a portfolio of strategic, high-impact programs ensuring successful outcomes.
- Deliver executive-level insights and scenario-based analyses to expedite decision-making processes.
- Cultivate strong synergy across internal manufacturing facilities and external collaborators.
- Lead integrated planning efforts encompassing capacity, financial, and operational aspects within the semiconductor value chain.
Experience and Qualifications
- 12 to 18+ years of leadership experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Extensive knowledge of wafer fabrication, assembly/test processes, and system-level manufacturing operations.
- Proven success managing enterprise-scale strategic initiatives.
- Robust analytical skills, including expertise in capacity modeling, investment planning, and operational analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders at the executive level.
- Educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Operations, complemented by an MBA.
