Role overview

This is a remote role for a senior strategy and growth leader who will help accelerate pipeline creation and revenue expansion. The position focuses on building and scaling go-to-market programs, strengthening partner-channel execution, and improving the effectiveness of Sales Engineering and PreSales activities. The role partners closely with Service Line leadership, Sales, Delivery, Alliances, and Marketing to keep messaging aligned, raise proposal quality, and support automation efforts across the sales cycle.

The scope also includes expanding strategic growth areas such as AI and Analytics, with emphasis on partner-led work involving Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce, Syndigo, and Reltio.

Go-to-market strategy and execution

  • Collaborate with Service Line leaders to set GTM priorities and define growth plays.
  • Improve and extend current GTM motions by strengthening existing assets and content.
  • Create new GTM programs aligned to priority growth areas such as AI, Analytics, Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce, Syndigo, and Reltio.
  • Roll out GTM initiatives across key channels, including the website, digital presence, partner sales motions, client farming/account management, campaigns, conferences, events, and field programs.
  • Support event-focused GTM planning, including industry-specific messaging, target client selection, and coordination with sellers and delivery leadership for advanced preparation.

Pipeline growth

  • Deliver measurable pipeline expansion for strategic offerings, especially AI, Analytics, Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce, Syndigo, and Reltio.
  • Develop sales, account, and pipeline growth plans for important channels and partner ecosystems.
  • Spot top-of-funnel growth opportunities and help improve progression from leads to MQL to SQL.

PreSales and Sales Engineering enablement

  • Strengthen and refine core Sales Engineering processes and capabilities.
  • Ensure consistent positioning, messaging, and branding across proposals, opportunities, and sales materials.
  • Work with Sales and Delivery teams to improve deal qualification and raise proposal quality.
  • Partner with PreSales teams to integrate service-offering materials into proposal creation workflows.
  • Help shape automation and strategy for PreSales activities across deals, demos, proposals, and related processes.

Alliances and partner strategy

  • Support alliance efforts across major growth and core partners.
  • Define partner outreach and sales strategies that generate pipeline and opportunities through partner channels.
  • Build repeatable partner-motion playbooks for co-selling, channel messaging, and sales alignment.

KPI management and performance tracking

  • Help establish, monitor, and manage KPIs linked to growth outcomes.
  • Use KPI insights to improve GTM execution, partner motions, and Sales Engineering impact.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep experience across GTM, revenue strategy, consulting growth, sales enablement, or PreSales/Sales Engineering in B2B services or technology environments. They should have a proven record of creating GTM motions that improve pipeline, win rates, and partner-sourced business, along with strong experience in proposal strategy and reusable sales collateral development.

Familiarity with modern data ecosystems and analytics programs is important, and hands-on exposure to Databricks and/or Snowflake is strongly preferred. The role also requires the ability to influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority, paired with strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. A successful candidate will be highly analytical, KPI-focused, and comfortable turning unclear objectives into practical execution plans.
