- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution shaping, proof of concept, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Work closely with sales engineering and analytics partners to support solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept delivery.
- Develop strong knowledge of market conditions, industry trends, and competitor positioning to better frame the solution.
- Deliver executive-level presentations and product demonstrations for strategic customers.
Experience and qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in enterprise or strategic sales, with a background selling to Fortune 500 companies.
- Minimum 3 years of people leadership experience managing strong-performing teams.
- Demonstrated success closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals worth $1M or more in SaaS or enterprise software settings.
- Experience handling both new logo acquisition and account expansion or renewal strategy.
- Prior success carrying and achieving a strategic sales quota before moving into leadership.
- Strong executive presence, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional efforts and influence internal and external stakeholders effectively.
- Working knowledge of CRM and sales platforms such as Salesforce and Clari.
- A strategic, hands-on leadership style suited to a fast-moving environment.
- Experience in cybersecurity or a related enterprise technology field is a strong advantage.
