Job Overview

• Formulate, develop, and lead the project management strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Serve as the senior escalation point for handling project risks, resource shortages, and delivery challenges, ensuring prompt resolution and ongoing project continuity.
• Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, approving financial documentation, and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Govern change requests carefully, communicating impacts on timelines and budgets, while proactively addressing potential risks.
• Provide strategic leadership in contractor oversight, procurement approaches, resource distribution, and acceleration strategies for timely, quality project delivery.
• Collaborate extensively with procurement, contracts, and commercial departments to ensure effective execution and well-informed decisions.
• Oversee project performance metrics and data analytics to aid executive decision-making and foster continuous improvement.
• Lead multi-department strategic initiatives, maintaining regulatory adherence and aligning stakeholder interests.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or a related discipline, supported by PMP certification.
• 15 to 20 years of professional experience, including over 8 years in senior leadership roles managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects; experience within real estate development preferred.
• Proven expertise in project/program delivery, strategic planning, and execution.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE construction laws, building codes, environmental regulations, and compliance standards.
• Demonstrated capability in managing project budgets, risk assessment, vendor relations, and full project lifecycles.
• Advanced skills in project management software, particularly Primavera, along with reporting tools such as Power BI and MS Office.
• Strong leadership qualities in managing diverse teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Emphasis on governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Agile mindset capable of fostering innovation and adapting to changing business demands.
