Job description

Role overview

This leadership role is accountable for improving and expanding system-wide performance for skincare and innovation initiatives within the Elements Massage brand. The position owns growth in revenue, adoption of services, pilot planning, rollout execution, and long-term scalability across skincare, retail, and other innovation-driven revenue opportunities, including additional services and modalities.

Working alongside the Elements Massage Brand Operations Directors, this leader makes sure skincare and innovation priorities are built into regional business plans with clear responsibility for studio-level outcomes. The role blends strategy with field execution by shaping, testing, and scaling new offerings while giving franchisees the tools, training, and support they need to raise revenue, improve guest experience, and remain competitive.

Compensation

The pay range for this role is $95,000 to $105,000 per year. Final offers may differ based on job-related skills and experience, and compensation can vary outside Colorado depending on location.

Location

This is a remote position based in the United States.

Key responsibilities

  • Set ownership for system-wide skincare KPIs and performance measures, including revenue goals, services, add-ons, and retail results.
  • Increase skincare revenue across current locations by strengthening core services, new innovation offerings, and retail, while keeping brand standards and adoption expectations consistent across the system.
  • Improve average ticket, provider utilization, and retail attachment performance.
  • Spot performance gaps across regions and studios, then build and carry out action plans to improve results.
  • Review system data to identify trends, opportunities, and weaker-performing markets, and turn that analysis into practical recommendations.
  • Guide the full innovation cycle from idea development through pilot design, testing, rollout, and ongoing adoption.
  • Own strategy and implementation for new services, modalities, and other revenue streams beyond the core skincare offering.
  • Assess pilot results and decide whether new ideas are scalable, how they should be priced, and whether they are operationally workable.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to launch new concepts and support adoption.
  • Track industry shifts continuously so the brand stays distinctive and competitive.
  • Lead the growth plan for skincare adoption in both new and existing studios.
  • Run rollout efforts such as Skincare 2.0 with clear timelines, execution steps, and accountability.
  • Create scalable training and support materials such as in-person training, online learning, blended programs, toolkits, job aids, and operating guides for franchisees.
  • Partner with New Studio Opening teams to build skincare into every new location.
  • Lift retail attachment rates through training, scripts, and selling tools for service providers and front desk staff.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and vendors so retail promotions align with service launches, seasonal campaigns, and guest experience goals.
  • Set retail benchmarks, identify underperforming studios, and apply coaching and corrective plans.
  • Maintain studio-level merchandising standards, including planogram adherence, product display, and inventory guidance.
  • Work closely with Operations Directors to embed skincare and innovation into regional business plans.
  • Align goals, accountability, and coaching methods across markets.
  • Help Operations Directors drive execution through business reviews, action plans, virtual learning, on-site regional training, and field support.
  • Maintain consistent communication and alignment with the Elements brand team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Training, Technology, Finance, WAVE, and other teams to support launches and ongoing work.
  • Ensure brand standards, guest experience, and service protocols stay aligned across functions.
  • Support national promotions and campaigns connected to skincare and innovation.
  • Act as a trusted resource to franchisees and help sustain adoption and performance.
  • Run bootcamps, training sessions, and business reviews focused on skincare and innovation growth, partnering with Operations Directors to reinforce accountability and tracking.
  • Build tools and resources that make studio-level execution simpler.
  • Handle additional duties and projects assigned by supervisors and department leaders.
