Role Overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a seasoned Director of Operational Readiness to steer the planning and delivery of launch-readiness strategies across a range of projects. In this position, you will make sure every operational element is prepared ahead of opening, facilities are set for guest access, and teams are trained and equipped to provide standout experiences. You will work in close partnership with project management, development, and operations stakeholders to support a smooth handover from construction into live operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Design and roll out end-to-end readiness plans that support project schedules and business goals.
- Coordinate across departments to ensure processes, systems, and people are prepared for launch.
- Evaluate operational risks early and put practical mitigation plans in place to support successful openings.
- Lead training initiatives that build the capability and confidence of operational teams.
- Track readiness milestones using defined KPIs and reporting, keeping stakeholders updated on progress.
- Champion ongoing improvements that raise operational performance and enhance guest experience after launch.
Required Profile
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a closely related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of advancing experience in operational readiness, project management, or operations leadership, ideally within entertainment, hospitality, or major infrastructure environments.
- Demonstrated success in directing launch-readiness programs and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and careful attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Hands-on experience creating and delivering end-user or operational training programs.
- Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-moving setting while handling several priorities at once.
- Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural context is considered an advantage.

This role focuses on ensuring operational readiness across diverse developments and requires close collaboration with multiple internal teams to support a seamless transition into operations.
