- Own payroll-related operations, onboarding processes, and local administrative support across different geographies.
- Work with external vendors, consultants, and service partners to maintain quality, manage delivery, and control costs.
- Support recruiting operations, including interview scheduling, hiring workflows, and onboarding of recruiters.
- Organize company offsites, events, and related logistics that help strengthen culture and engagement.
- Monitor cross-functional projects, remove blockers, and keep deliverables on track.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to support scalable growth and efficient operations.
Requirements
- Background in Business Operations, Strategic Operations, Founder’s Office, Chief of Staff, or a comparable high-ownership role.
- Track record of managing complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
- Highly organized approach with sharp attention to detail and disciplined follow-through.
- Exposure to HR, Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and other operational or administrative functions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
- Clear communication and stakeholder management ability with both technical and non-technical partners.
- Comfort operating in high-growth, fast-paced settings with uncertainty and ambiguity.
- Hands-on ownership style with the ability to drive outcomes end to end.
Benefits
- Competitive pay aligned with senior executive operations roles.
- Remote-first arrangement within the United States.
- Direct exposure to executive leadership and global expansion strategy.
- High-visibility role spanning major business functions.
- Opportunity to support international market expansion and multi-entity scaling.
- Fast-paced environment with a strong ownership culture.
- Chance to build and improve foundational operating systems at scale.
- Collaborative team with a high standard for execution and impact.
