Role overview
Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior leader to host the Gloucestershire Provider Partnership (GPP) and help steer major change across health and care in Gloucestershire. In this post, you will work on behalf of the partnership, while being employed by GHC, to provide cross-system leadership and support the delivery of shared priorities. The partnership links GHC, Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire GP's Collaborative, with wider collaboration from the Integrated Care Board, local authority and voluntary sector partners. The aim is to improve outcomes, tackle health inequalities and create more coordinated, proactive care for local communities.

- Leading transformation activity across organisational boundaries.
- Helping shape and deliver the partnership’s shared ambitions and priorities.
- Working with system partners to strengthen integration across services.
- Providing leadership that supports more joined-up and proactive care.

- A seasoned and credible leader with deep experience in programme management, quality improvement and partnership work.
- A strong record of delivering large-scale transformation and redesign in complex health and care environments.
- Someone who can build agreement and influence at Board and Executive level.
