This role involves managing the complete talent lifecycle — attracting outstanding candidates and creating impactful learning and career development initiatives. This position blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership, building foundational infrastructure that supports organizational growth while enhancing the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and spearhead a comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Create scalable onboarding, leadership development, and managerial capability programs.
  • Refine competency frameworks to support career progression.
  • Manage and enhance learning and talent systems including LMS, performance platforms, and engagement tools.
  • Lead employee engagement survey strategies, analyze insights, and drive action plans to improve workplace culture.
  • Translate feedback into measurable organizational improvements fostering agility, ambition, collaboration, innovation, trust, and respect.
  • Own and evolve the Talent Acquisition strategy, collaborating with leaders and recruiters to source and evaluate top talent.
  • Enhance candidate experience ensuring the employer brand matches the strength of the consumer brand.
  • Establish scalable hiring procedures and reporting systems.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop team members, building a sustainable and high-quality talent infrastructure.

Candidate Profile

  • Over 10 years of progressive experience in Talent, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or People Strategy roles.
  • Extensive practical experience in designing and implementing L&D programs and talent management systems.
  • Exposure to Talent Acquisition leadership or support is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success creating scalable programs within growing companies.
  • Strategic mindset balanced with a pragmatic execution approach.
  • Strong influence and interpersonal skills to work effectively with leaders across departments.
  • Integrity, high standards, and passion for organizational growth.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a base salary ranging from $145,000 to $165,000, supplemented by annual and long-term incentives. Final salary is determined based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching contributions.
  • Paid leave encompassing holidays, vacation, sick days, personal time, and parental leave.
  • Annual allowances for product purchases, wellness, professional development, and social justice education.
