Role Overview
The Director of Supply Chain will be responsible for managing all aspects of purchasing, sourcing, inventory control, demand forecasting, and inbound logistics to maintain seamless manufacturing operations. This position reports to executive leadership and requires developing strong supplier partnerships, negotiating contracts, overseeing both domestic and international procurement, managing import logistics, and implementing inventory strategies that support a dynamic production setting.
The ideal candidate should have substantial leadership experience in manufacturing industries such as cabinetry, millwork, furniture, or other wood-based products. Expertise in supply chain optimization, vendor management, and transportation logistics is essential.
