Role Summary
As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will spearhead the growth and partnership initiatives within a specified geographic region, overseeing regional outcomes, acquisition of new school districts, and driving revenue expansion. You will cultivate senior-level connections with district leadership, manage complex partnership opportunities, and coordinate closely with regional teams in clinical, operational, and service departments to provide solutions in workforce staffing, behavioral and mental health services, professional development, and program support.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a geographic territory to meet regional and personal targets.
- Collaborate with regional teams across partnerships, clinical, operations, staffing, and leadership to align efforts and ensure success.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior school district leaders and decision-makers.
- Provide mentorship to colleagues and share consultative strategies across various service lines.
- Lead advanced sales initiatives, including RFP responses and enterprise engagements, fostering knowledge sharing within the team.
- Work with cross-functional partners to create strategic proposals that address district needs and operational feasibility.
- Accountable for individual revenue goals and contribute to overall regional objectives, maintaining detailed CRM records.
Performance Indicators
- Quarterly expansion of new district relationships as tracked through CRM and regular progress reviews.
- Achievement of regional revenue targets monitored monthly and reviewed quarterly.
- Promotion of cross-selling across workforce solutions, behavioral and mental health, professional development, and program support services.
- Encouragement of cross-functional teamwork and mentoring to enhance collaborative account management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education, Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, Business, or related disciplines is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum three years’ experience working with or alongside K–12 schools, emphasizing special education and behavioral support.
- Background in consultative sales, educational partnerships, program development, or business development solutions is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to establish trusted, long-term relationships with senior school district officials.
- Experience mentoring peers and contributing to team performance without direct supervisory duties.
- Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple partnerships and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and listening skills; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
