  • Continuously refine sales processes, playbooks, and best practices as the team expands.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to enhance the customer journey and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with university administration, faculty, and key stakeholders to better grasp customer demands and industry trends.
  • Utilize data and metrics to identify improvement opportunities, eliminate barriers, and boost team performance.
  • Recruit, onboard, and nurture top-tier sales talent amid organizational growth.
  • Exemplify leadership qualities fostering collaboration, accountability, and a customer-centric culture within the sales team.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in B2B SaaS or EdTech sales, including leadership of revenue-generating sales teams.
  • Proven success in selling complex products or solutions in the higher education sector or similarly sophisticated environments.
  • Hands-on experience managing enterprise sales cycles, with aptitude in handling multiple sales processes simultaneously.
  • Strong coaching abilities demonstrated by improving individual and team outcomes.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and metrics-driven performance management.
  • Advanced negotiation skills, including expertise navigating Master Service Agreements (MSAs), data privacy addenda, and multi-year pricing agreements.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building aptitude capable of engaging executive customers and internal partners alike.
  • Familiarity with contemporary sales platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or Salesloft.
  • Knowledge of consultative sales frameworks like Challenger or MEDDIC is advantageous.
  • A sincere passion for education and commitment to enhancing institutional student outcomes.
