NordSüd Hospitality, a joint venture between ACCOR Hotels and Hamburg-based B&L Gruppe, operates three prominent hotels in Hamburg's newest district. These include ibis Styles, NOVOTEL, and PULLMAN, all located in the heart of HafenCity near the Elbe river, integrated architecturally with the Westfield Hamburg – Überseequartier shopping complex.

The ibis Styles hotel features a creative lighting design with 403 rooms offering a blend of lifestyle and authentic Hamburg character. Opposite to ibis Styles is NOVOTEL, with 163 modern rooms and a restaurant-bar for relaxation. PULLMAN, with its waterfront location, features 250 uniquely designed rooms and event spaces, delivering an unprecedented hotel experience. Its distinctive restaurant concept and specially designed outdoor terrace provide spectacular views of the Hamburg Harbor.

Role Description

  • Drive new client acquisition and maintain existing client relationships (hunting & farming).
  • Focus areas include leisure, corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), and business travel segments.
  • Manage distribution channels with strong knowledge of OTAs prevalent in the German market.
  • Assess, finalize, and oversee marketing collaborations.
  • Engage in networking by attending events, actively building connections, and generating added value.
  • Participate prominently at congresses, trade fairs, and major events to maintain a leading presence.
  • And many other exciting responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • A strong familiarity with the northern German market and culture.
  • Experience in multimarketing, adept at selling different brands and market segments.
  • Proven negotiation skills to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • A strategic approach to positioning clients with the appropriate hotels.
  • Excellent communication abilities and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset capable of generating innovative ideas and thinking outside the box.
  • Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
