Position Overview

The Director of Partner Enablement acts as a strategic embedded leader within newly formed or developing platforms, serving as the primary lead for partner enablement until the platform is mature enough to warrant a dedicated hire. The role requires designing tailored onboarding and enablement programs, building durable systems and playbooks, and influencing the company's broader operating model through feedback and innovation.

Key Accountabilities

• Evaluate each platform's risks and opportunities and develop customized strategies.
• Serve as the main point of contact for new partners, managing their onboarding and ongoing enablement.
• Construct robust operational frameworks that provide long-lasting onboarding support beyond the Director’s tenure.
• Create and implement change management roadmaps to foster partner growth and adoption of new tools and practices.
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment between platform leadership, corporate functions, and Springdale executives to proactively address challenges.
• Continuously refine Springdale’s partner enablement playbook by incorporating real-world insights.
• Work with leadership and technology teams to identify automation possibilities to scale enablement efforts efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• 3 to 6+ years of professional experience at a leading management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or comparable exposure in private equity, investment banking, or rapidly growing operational roles.
• Proven skills in diagnosing complex and undefined challenges and crafting strategic solutions independently.
• Experience in building functions from the ground up with accountability for full outcomes, balancing strategy and execution.
• Exceptional executive presence, able to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior leaders.
• Ability to manage uncertainty and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment with multiple partners.
• Strong alignment with Springdale’s cultural values of collaboration, integrity, diligence, and persistence.
• Previous experience in operational or business leadership roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
