Role Overview
This position is for an experienced, hands-on operations leader who will own the daily running of the Arizona business. The Director of Operations will be accountable for operational results, team leadership, financial control, process upgrades, and execution across several business areas. The ideal candidate will be commercially sharp, highly organised, and able to introduce structure, discipline, and efficiency in a growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily functioning of the office and continuously improve how operations are run.
- Lead teams working in sales, customer service, administration, and connected support areas.
- Handle accounting workflows, cash flow updates, budgeting, and control of operational expenses.
- Manage inventory planning, purchasing activities, and order fulfilment coordination.
- Hire, mentor, train, and manage employee performance.
- Set up KPIs, dashboards, and regular operational reporting.
- Refine workflows, internal processes, and communication channels.
- Build a culture of accountability, efficiency, and operational excellence.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to help drive growth and overall business performance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7 to 15 years of experience leading operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage more than one department or business function.
- Solid understanding of commercial operations, financial management, and business performance.
- Background in consumer products, supplements, health and wellness, e-commerce, or similar industries is preferred.
- A practical, entrepreneurial approach with comfort working in a fast-growing business.
- Strong capability in people leadership, coaching, and performance management.
- Able to create structure, systems, and accountability while still staying adaptable.
- Excellent communication, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Reporting Line
This role reports directly to senior leadership and collaborates closely with the sales, finance, marketing, and operations functions.
Compensation
The salary offered is up to US$100,000 as base pay, along with a performance-based bonus.
