Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Site Operations Director to become a vital part of our client’s team. This role is pivotal in advancing operational excellence, enhancing manufacturing performance, and fostering ongoing improvements in a dynamic, high-output production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the promotion of a robust safety-first culture aimed at maintaining an injury-free work environment.
- Oversee site operations with a focus on achieving top-tier quality, timely delivery, operational efficiency, and productivity.
- Create and implement strategies to maximize manufacturing output while reducing operational expenses.
- Drive initiatives related to continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing methodologies, and process enhancements.
- Manage resources efficiently regarding capacity planning and foster collaboration across various departments.
- Develop, motivate, and guide teams to nurture a culture of responsibility and operational superiority.
- Assist in strategic planning, oversee performance metrics, and support the accomplishment of long-term business goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of eight years in a senior leadership position within a high-volume manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading manufacturing operations and spearheading operational enhancements.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing costs, enhancing efficiency, and achieving tangible results.
- Excellent leadership capabilities, strong communication proficiency, and effective stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred academic qualification: Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electronics, or a related field.
